Please access via Neyland Dr and Joe Johnson Dr for 2 day orientation or Neyland Drive and Lake Loudoun Blvd for the 1 day orientation as outlined in the directions below.
Parking for orientation sessions will vary by your session.
One-Day Orientation Session will be available in the G-10 Parking Garage (1500 Phillip Fulmer Way) between Thompson-Boling Arena and Neyland Stadium. Please enter campus from Neyland Drive at Lake Loudoun Blvd., and enter the garage from Phillip Fulmer Way.
Place orientation parking permit on dashboard, bring ID, immunization record (if not already submitted) and proceed to registration area.
Two-Day Orientation Session parking will be available in the G16 Volunteer Boulevard Parking Garage. Please enter campus from Neyland Drive at Joe Johnson Drive, proceed up the hill to 3rd light and turn right onto Volunteer Boulevard. Follow Volunteer Boulevard around to 2nd light and turn right onto Pat Head Summitt St. Garage will be on your left.
Follow directions of parking staff to the top of the garage and they will guide you to parking spaces. When you exit your vehicle, please place orientation parking permit on dashboard, bring suitcase, clothing, bedding, ID, immunization record (if not already submitted). Follow Orientation Leaders directions to Fred Brown Hall where you will: check in, drop luggage, get student ID made and submit immunization form (if not already submitted).
Check in begins at 7:00 a.m. (Eastern) at Fred Brown Hall. The orientation session concludes at approximately 5:00 p.m. on the second day of your session, with students completing academic advising and scheduling classes.
