Welcome Week Event Submission

Below is the form to submit your event for the Welcome Week 2014 schedule. After submitting your form, the Welcome Week Committee will provide feedback to help ensure your event’s success. The submission deadline is Friday, May 16. We look forward to working with you to help welcome UT’s incoming class this fall!

    Please note: You are responsible for reserving your event space and completing an Event Solicitation Form in order to utilize campus facilities. If your preferred location is Thompson-Boling Arena, please contact the Office of New Student & Family Programs to coordinate your event.
