Orientation sessions for fall-entry transfer and adult students are one-day programs held in April, June, and July of each year.
The orientation registration system is now open.
You must confirm your enrollment by paying the $250 enrollment deposit prior to registering for orientation.

The cost for fall-entry transfer and adult orientation is $50 for students and $20 for each parent/guest. Costs include all orientation programming, materials, and lunch on campus. There will be a $10 fee charged if you need to change your registration date. Refund requests must be made in writing at least ten working days prior to your confirmed orientation session. Please note that a $10 processing fee will be subtracted from your refund amount. Orientation check in begins at 7:15 a.m. at Neyland Stadium. The one-day program lasts until 5:00 p.m.

Are you interested in participating in a more in-depth orientation? Register for the June 15–16 session to spend some additional time on campus, stay overnight in a residence hall, and experience what it’s like to be a Tennessee Vol!
This overnight session will include an additional small group meeting lead by upperclassmen, dinner on campus, and more information on how to get involved. By attending, you can expect to leave with newly formed relationships with other incoming transfer students, upper-class students, and staff on campus.
The student cost to attend overnight orientation is $75 and includes one night’s stay in an on-campus residence hall, dinner on June 15, lunch on June 16, and orientation materials. The guest cost to attend is $25 and includes dinner on June 16 and lunch on June 17, and orientation materials. Please plan to bring pillow, blanket, washcloth, towel, and bed sheets (full-size bed).
Limited space is available in campus residence halls for parents and guests to also stay overnight. The per-person cost for overnight accommodations is NOT included in the $25 guest orientation program fee. The family and guest overnight housing fee is $33 per guest for a shared room or $40 for a private room. The additional cost is payable when registering for orientation online.

Reservations are made on a first-response basis, so please read the information carefully and respond as soon as you can.
