Orientation sessions for fall-entry transfer & adult students are one-day programs held in April, June, and July of each year.
The orientation registration system is now open.

8:15 a.m. Welcome and sessions begin
11:45 a.m. Lunch (included in student and guest fees)

5:00 Advising and course registration concludes.
A complete detailed schedule will be provided at check-in.
This overnight session will include an additional small group meeting lead by upperclassmen, dinner on campus, and more information on how to get involved. By attending, you can expect to leave with newly-formed relationships with other incoming transfer students, upper-class students, and staff on campus.
The student cost to attend overnight orientation is $75 and includes one night’s stay in an on-campus residence hall, dinner on June 25 and lunch on June 26, and orientation materials. The guest cost to attend is $25 and includes dinner on June 25 and lunch on June 26, and orientation materials.
Check the schedule listed in the “Dates” section above, and then log in using your nine-digit UT Student ID (000-XX-XXXX). The orientation registration system will open on January 15, 2015.
Reservations are made on a first-response basis, so please read the information carefully and respond as soon as you can.
You will receive an e-mailed receipt and confirmation after you complete your registration. Please check carefully to verify your session number and the date on your receipt.
